Hello and welcome from Wes and Brooke, a husband and wife team who founded Mission Illuminate. We are a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to using photography and videography to shine light on Christian missions around the world and at home. In addition to our work with Mission Illuminate, we are also happily married with two children. We love spending time together as a family and enjoying the outdoors. We are grateful for the opportunity to pursue our passions and calling together and to serve the Lord.

We have always had a passion for creative visual storytelling. We believe that these mediums have the power to bring stories to life in a way that nothing else can. We also have a deep love for Jesus Christ and a desire to see His love spread throughout the world.

Together, we have traveled to different parts of the world to capture the stories of missionaries and the people they serve. We have seen firsthand the incredible work that these missionaries are doing, and we feel privileged to be able to share their stories with others.

In Haiti, we were able to document the amazing work being done by a team building a medical clinic in a rural community with no other healthcare for miles around. We were also able to document the stories of children in an orphanage in Port au Prince. In Guatemala, we captured the story of a mission to build a school and community center, providing education, resources, and hope to families living in need. In the Dominican Republic, we documented the work being done to drill a well, provide water filters, and Bibles in an underserved, poverty stricken community.

Our work in Africa is just getting started. We have witnessed firsthand the challenges faced in some of the most remote and underserved areas of Malawi. We are documenting the work of missionaries who are providing clean water and spiritual support to communities in need.

Our mission is to use our skills and passion for creative imagery and cinematography to support Christian missions by creating powerful, inspiring content that tells their stories. We believe that through our work, we can inspire others to get involved in missions and support the incredible work that is being done around the world.
